Between 2000 and 2010, Sandra trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant, working in EY for 5 years, and then spending 5 years working as an ACA in industry. In 2010, she made the move into the recruitment world becoming a recruitment consultant for senior leadership & management professionals.
In 2024 Sandra completed an MBA, and in the same year founded Quinn & Associates. With her bespoke, real-life and practical experience Sandra is unique in her field. Throughout her career she has advised and supported countless professionals and leaders on their careers and developing their teams.
